Once assembled, the SEI Narita Espresso Media Console is a sturdy piece of equipment and built to last.  The manufacturers have done a very good job on the wood.  They are made of real stained wood and not a cheap looking imitation.  The wood grains standout beautifully, giving the whole piece a good look.  Even the color, espresso, has been carefully selected as it imparts a natural look to the fireplace.  The side shelves are adjustable and are very convenient for storage.  Since they have glass doors, the shelves remain dust free and are ideal for storing video games, movies etc.  The glass doors, with its woodwork design, are beautiful to look at and add to the overall good looks.   The top shelf has sufficient space for DVR and the cable modem etc.  The mantle can support a weight of 85 pounds and this is quite sufficient for most TV’s.
