  I had done some initial research on the Bradley Smoker
 

 and though the features and apparent easy of use made the Bradley Smoker a perfect fit for me.  Later I would find out this Bradley smoker fits me like a glove, it has served me well.

When you open the box for the Bradley Smoker, its very easy to assemble, easy enough my five year old could get it done.  Its a matter of hanging the digital control box and attaching two wires and the power cord, and that’s it.  Each wire or cord will only plug into one area, you can not mess this up, its set up like a modern computer in this regard.

My Bradley Smoker is a six rack stainless steel digital model.  They do offer the four rack as well, but for me I  thought the six rack would handle what I like to do at one time Jerky wise and it does very well with 4-5 pounds of sliced jerky meat on the six racks.  The digital aspect of this machine is awesome.  We have all heard “Ronco” on late night TV talking about setting it and forgetting it?  Well that is this smoker in a nutshell.  You program in your heat and duration, in 20 minute increments, and the same with the smoke, adjust your vent on top and your done, time to go watch the game or clean up the yard etc.  The Bradley Smoker is very easy to use.

The Bradley Smoker company, is great to work with.  I had an issue with the relay that moves the wood pucks, when you have an issue it gives you a error message, like E1 and its starts beeping.
